1 Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and Borneo88 ("Platform", "We"). This document governs your access to and use of the Borneo88, mobile application, services, games, and all products offered by our platform.

3 Registration & Account Management

When registering a Borneo88 account, you agree to provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details.

3.1 One Account Per Member

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active Borneo88 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different or identical names, email addresses, phone numbers, or IP addresses — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions. Borneo88 reserves the right to freeze or close all associated accounts and forfeit any remaining balances or bonuses held within those accounts.

3.2 Account Security Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, please contact the Borneo88 support team immediately. Borneo88 will not be held liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your account password secure.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Borneo88 reserves the right to request identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) at any time, particularly before processing large withdrawals. 4 Deposits & Payment Methods

Borneo88 supports a wide range of popular and trusted payment methods in Malaysia. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Borneo88 does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, your e-wallet provider or bank may impose their own charges, which are beyond our control. Please ensure you use a payment method registered in your own name — Borneo88 does not accept third-party deposits.

5 Withdrawals

Borneo88 members may withdraw funds at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The account must be fully verified (KYC completed).
• All rollover requirements for bonuses received have been fully met.
• There are no ongoing fraud or misuse investigations relating to the account in question.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit.

Withdrawal processing times range from 1 to 24 business hours. Borneo88 does not charge any withdrawal processing fees. Withdrawals exceeding RM10,000 may require additional time for security review.

6 Bonus & Promotions

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or amended.
• Borneo88 reserves the right to void any bets placed on matches, markets, or events that contain technical errors or incorrect information.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game type and market. Current limits are displayed in real time on the betting interface.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Borneo88 platform and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds:

• Fraud & Manipulation: Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software bugs, or use automated software (bots).
• Money Laundering: Using the Borneo88 platform for money laundering or any other illegal activities.
• Fraudulent Registration: Providing false personal information or impersonating another individual during registration.
• Unauthorised Collusion: Colluding with other players or staff to gain an unfair advantage.
• Cyber Attacks: Any attempt to attack, hack, or disrupt Borneo88's technical infrastructure.
• Betting Under Another Person's Name: Using another person's account or allowing someone else to use your account.

9 Account Closure & Termination

Borneo88 reserves the right to close or suspend any member's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision within these Terms & Conditions.
• Confirmation that a member is under 18 years of age.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or suspicious behaviour.
• Requests from the relevant authorities.
• At the member's own request to voluntarily close their account.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the Borneo88 support team via live chat or email. Any valid remaining balance (after deducting all outstanding rollover obligations) will be refunded within 5 business days.

10 Liability Limits

Borneo88 provides this platform "as is" and makes no guarantee that the service will be free from interruptions, errors, or technical faults. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law:

• Borneo88 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by members.
• Borneo88's maximum liability under any circumstances is limited to the amount of the member's most recent deposit.
• Borneo88 is not liable for internet connection failures, device issues, or external disruptions that result in the loss of bets during gameplay.
